A leadership assessment gives a clear view of how your leaders lead, how aligned they are and where they need to develop. It is useful before promotions, succession planning or a leadership programme.

Who it is for: Leadership teams, high-potential staff and HR.

Timeline: 1–4 weeks, and can be extended depending on the scope of the assessment.
