We are a behavioural insight and workforce development consultancy, based in Lahore and working internationally. Why OPDEV exists. Many training programmes focus on skills alone. Our team
- Syeda Fatima, Founder and Learning Consultant: leads OPDEV’s diagnostics and programme design. MSc in Comparative and International Education, University of Oxford. Creator of the ONN (Organisational Neural Network) Audit; has designed more than 90 programmes across the UK, Europe and South Asia.
- Ali Shahzad, Data Scientist, Germany: Ali advises OPDEV on data science and behavioural analytics. Educated at Saarland University in Germany and the Lahore University of Management Sciences, he combines computer science with applied data science. He supports the ONN (Organisational Neural Network) Audit and the tools we use to measure trust, influence and communication across an organisation, and to track change after training. His work keeps our findings precise and based on evidence.
- Alina Batool, People and Environment Specialist, Norway: Alina is an environmental scientist who advises OPDEV on how working environments and sustainability practices affect people, safety and performance. She supports our HSE and wellbeing programmes, and helps us connect behaviour at work with the conditions people work in and the resources they depend on.
- Duaa Khan, Mental Health Specialist, London: Duaa brings applied psychology to OPDEV’s work on wellbeing, stress and resilience. With experience in trauma-informed practice and high-pressure settings, she shapes how our programmes support emotional safety and lasting behaviour change, and advises our facilitators on handling sensitive topics with care.
- Eleni Koutsouri, International Education Expert, London and Greece: Eleni advises OPDEV on international education, learning systems and how people learn across cultures. A graduate of the University of Oxford and King’s College London in international and comparative education and the social sciences, she brings a research-led view of learning. Her experience includes work for UNESCO. Working between London and Greece, she supports our curriculum design, learner engagement and work with schools, so our programmes reflect real learning conditions.
- Ginya Marr, Learning Expert, London and United States: Ginya advises OPDEV on learning design and how adults take on new ideas and use them at work. Educated at the University of Oxford and Williams College, she brings an international perspective shaped by work in education and forced migration. With experience across varied education settings, she helps shape programmes that balance structure, reflection and practical activity, and supports our Train the Trainer (TTT) programmes.
- Naqsh Naqvi, Legal Expert, London and Lahore: Naqsh is a legal expert working between London and Lahore. Trained for the Bar at City St George’s, University of London, where she specialised in advanced civil practice, she leads OPDEV’s law-related training and advice, helping organisations understand their legal duties at work and turn them into clear, everyday practice. Her areas include employment and workplace law, anti-harassment and ethics, data protection, governance and contracts. She brings real cases and practical examples to each session, so managers and teams know what the law expects and how to act on it with confidence.
- Tahseen Hassan, HSE and Process Specialist, Lahore: Tahseen is a senior HSE and soft skills trainer and consultant with international experience. He advises OPDEV on safety leadership, behaviour-based safety and process improvement, and on how teamwork, handovers and decision-making affect performance and risk. He works with leaders and supervisors to build safe, efficient ways of working that hold up under real operational pressure.
- Tanveer Ahmad, Sustainable Growth Expert, Lahore: Tanveer is a senior corporate trainer with more than 13 years of experience, who has trained over 20,000 professionals across oil and gas, fertiliser, logistics, manufacturing and telecom. At OPDEV he focuses on sustainable growth: helping organisations build safe, steady operations through safety leadership, risk management, behaviour-based safety and practical team development.
